Yes, you heard me right. Oprah is looking for twilight moms and fans and wants to hear your stories! Share your twilight passions, how Robsessed you are, like me, or how you find Jacob really cute! I was watching New Moon at a friend’s house and my daughter’s friend (8 years old) casually told me, “Jacob is so cute! I really like him”, with “dreamy” eyes. OMG, good thing I haven’t seen any of my kids so passionate about Twilight… yet. I’m the only one so obsessed.

OMG…..such a fan. These books are awesome. I have always loved books. But I have a totally sick obession with vampires and stories of them. Fantasy that is beyond normal. I am not crazy like other are about vampires. It is a passion of vampire, desire of vampires. The description of smell, speed, strength. The fact of living forever!!! I am in total love of Twilight because of the eliquent writing and story line. The fact of a love that will last in my mind for a life time. I think love of all kind is powerful. This stories love is awesome to me because it reminds me of the forbidden love of two others I know most of my life. Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Angle. A angle with a soul and a slayer who is a lamb that fell in love.
So I knew before the movies the world of Forks was a place of my own Fantasy. One with unreal world, vampires and wolves.
I must be the only mom not on the vampire list. My daughter read the whole series.
I guess I’ll have to get on Oprah another way.

We are SO going on that show!
I watched both movies, read only the last book and love the Twilight saga. I first heard about it through my sisters. They would tell me that my sister (right after me) would pick up my older daughters to come and clean her house and watch her kid while she would sit there for hours on end and read those books. Yes, on the first book..she wouldn’t clean house for days and would let the dishes pile up while she went through that book…crazeee!!
