On Young And Fabulous: Why Do You Want It?

Over the past two weeks, we’ve been talking about the following, here on the Young And Fabulous series:

• How do you see yourself / how much do you love yourself?
• What do you want? / What is your goal?

Now that you know what you really want, it’s time for you to ask yourself:

• Why do you want it?
• Why now more than ever?
• What is the driving force behind your desire?  Is it fear or love based?
• How much do you really want it?
• How much effort are you willing to put in to get it?

I strongly urge you to blog as you go through your journey to accomplishing your goals and on becoming / staying young and fabulous.  Blogging is journaling, and it really helps you get deeper into yourselves as you go through these questions.  That is the purpose of all this — to do your INNER WORK.

All change comes from within.  It may take an outer idea to start it all, but it’s the inner flame that will bring about lasting results.  And that’s what you want.  Something that will become part of you, of your lifestyle.  Not just a trend, or a fad.

I’d like to share a quote from the book “Relax, You’re Already Perfect“,  for you to ponder upon as you go through the questions above:

“To create a new, happier life, all you need is an open mind and wisdom to challenge the belief system that currently creates your reality.”
