Have you ever seen people who blames everything and everyone but themselves for their misery? They go on and on about their sufferings, blah, blah, blah… Everything that comes out of their mouth is about what they DON’T want… And I mean EVERYTHING.
When I’m confronted with these types of people and they keep on yapping about their miserable life, I stop and ask them “What do you want to happen then?” They usually stop and stare at me. They stop talking because they don’t exactly know what they want. All they want to do is to make excuses for not being happy by blaming other people. But ask them what will make them happy and they can’t answer you.
My hot moms, knowing what you want is key to happiness. Being happy is essential in staying young and fabulous. Ever seen fabulous people who are miserable ALL THE TIME? Yeah, didn’t think so.
Fabulous people don’t go seeking happiness outside. Instead, they are already happy WITHIN, and are mostly the source of joy outside of them as well. Because they know what they want, and they know what makes them happy, they are able to focus their time and energy on going after those things instead of focusing on useless negativities.
So, last week, we talked about loving yourself as the first step in your journey to being young and fabulous.
This week, sit down and ask yourself these questions:
- What do you want for yourself?
- How do you see yourself having what you want?
- How does it feel to be in possession of what you want?
Remember:
“Always be a first-rate version of yourself, instead of a second-rate version of someone else.” ~ Judy Garland
Stay young and fabulous, my hot moms!

I used to feel guilty for simply achieving and possessing the most minor of things. But oh, no more! I am Fabulous, and I’m going for mine. All of it! (does that sound greedy?) hehehe
I’m going for it too! I used to let certain people dictate what I should enjoy or do in my life. No more though. We cut em off and are living free and fabulous!
I can’t believe how much we are alike! As I read this post I could totally relate! As we focus on the good in ourselves and others and are grateful for our lives, we don’t feel the need to complain!
