I’m still in hiatus! I’m just taking a break from my break to share some goodies here on mom cafe and tell you about the Devotions to Go series.
The Devotions to Go series of books are personal stories written by wives, moms, and women, for hot moms like us, showing us that we are not alone in our daily struggle with life, family, and faith. I have personally read the “Frazzled Moms” Devotions to Go . And it came perfectly when I was in my frazzle phase.
Yes, I was frazzled, overwhelmed and exhausted. And it is in this trying times that I felt all alone. Not physically alone, though… I do have 2 kids, a husband, a dog, a fulltime job, a blog, and never-ending chores, constantly vying for my precious mom time and attention. And though I usually feel happy that they all want me at the same time, it’s beginning to put a strain in me already. And I do struggle in being able to perform these roles and still feel good. And yes, even if I exercise, meditate, and take care of myself, I’m still prone to this emoting phase!
Reading the “Frazzled Moms” Devotions to Go reminded me that I am not the only one going through this, and that it is absolutely ok to feel this way. Reading different stories from different moms who are also struggling to cope up like me, made me feel better.
The Devotions to Go is a fabulous series of books that provides you the mini vacation you need from the stress filling our lives. It provides encouragement and energy enabling you to continue your day with a more positive outlook. The books are small enough to fit in your hands or purse so you can bring it with you anywhere.
Jean Ann, of Devotions to Go are so kind to send me five books of the Devotions to Go series so I can share it with my hot moms who might need a boost. The books are:
Overwhelmed Moms’ Devotion to Go

The author is from Austin Texas not far from us. We are in Harker Heights Texas in the winter months and fortunately we get to spend the summer in WY. These books would be of great interest both to myself and daughter. Thanks for the wonderful giveaway.
