I’d like to introduce the youngest member of our family here on mom cafe. Meet Zoe. I finally gave in, after three years of begging from my kids and husband. We were at the mall one Saturday and there she is… on a crib staring at me like telling me she’s the one. It didn’t take a lot of convincing since I just fell in love with her instantly. And the kids? They were ecstatic! And my husband? Sheepishly laughing after his evil plan worked.
She’s 11 weeks now and from the looks of it, she’s on her way of being officially potty trained. It’s not hard, since all four of us were committed to get her to master this as soon as possible. Even if we all had to attend an eight week puppy training class every Sunday, missing our nap time. Ugh!
But Zoe is all worth it. She’s a darling little diva. Except for the first two nights where I literally would like to kill my husband for getting me into this. Other than that, she’s just all nice and sweet… She sleeps on our master’s bathroom, so she can see us and not feel alone.

Zoe is ADORABLE!! I love Pugs!! We have one (had 2 but lost our older one last summer). They are the best dogs!! I had one as a kid too-so I have always loved them!
Pugs can have breathing problems and problems with their eyes (I think it is called pk-or something like that) as they get older, so if you can get pet insurance-I would! I wished I had it on our older pug-because she had some unusual illnesses. I got it on our pug buster-but never really had to use it-but it did cover him getting neutered, which was great. Unfortunately that insurance company stopped covering pets-and I know it can be hard to find. I never did try to find another policy, but if you can find one and it’s a good one-I would say go for it!
Pugs are such lovable dogs!! I wish you many years of happiness and lap snuggles with zoe!
