    My relaxation is the shower – ONLY place in my house where the kids can be deterred from! Hubs watches them I take a nice long hot shower!!!

    I think it’s really important to take time for yourself any time you can. Especially as Moms, we can lose ourselves in all the responsibilities for taking care of others. I make sure I exercise for 30 minutes in the morning, even if I have to wake up early. Then my writing time at night is my time after everyone is asleep. Thanks for the reminder, it’s so important.

    Oh my gosh. I LOVE that picture you have of the kitty! I think that needs to me, now.
    I recently took on knitting and have found a relaxing vibe from it. I will knit while watching tv, getting ready to fall asleep, and it’s also great to make gifts with it!
