When we got the Hip Hop Baby: Get Healthy, Get Fit DVD, my kids were very anxious to watch it. Both of them are into dancing and music so they were so excited to see it. I liked the fact that it promotes health and fitness to kids through music and movement. My two girls enjoyed the upbeat hip hop music that they kept dancing for the entire duration of the show. According to experts, music and rhyme are two of the most effective methods of incorporating new ideas to children.
This DVD is not only fun and enjoyable, it also encourages children to eat right by featuring healthy foods like milk, fruits and vegetables. This is actually my favorite part of the show. Nowadays, it is very hard to convince kids to eat vegetables. My kids eat just about any kind of fruit (thank God) but are very picky with veggies. Watching Hip Hop Baby: Get Healthy, Get Fit, not only shows them the benefits of eating their veggies, but seeing other kids their age promote it makes eating veggies totally cool!

This is so funny because my neighbor was just telling me about this DVD! Her kids are pretty active like yours, I just hope they can start eating better if they do it. I swear I always see her daughter, Jackie, with candy in her pockets. Is this only available online or also in stores?
