My hot moms, what are your reasons, for not working out? Too busy? No time? Just have no energy to do it? Tied to your desk all day long? Don’t you wish you could somehow squeeze in some type of physical activity while you’re working but tend to forget? Well, sigh no more, coz Break Pal is here to make your wish come true!
Break Pal is a program that pops up of your computer screen every 30 minutes (or whatever time interval you set) and reminds you to exercise. You will then be directed to the site to choose which video exercise you want to do. Exercises are anywhere from 2-5 minutes, depending upon the desired results. Some are easy. Some are hard.
Exercises vary from simple stretches to whatever. Martial arts aerobics, yoga, Tai Chi, Chi kung and soon all kinds of crazy stuff like belly dancing and Salsa dance. New exercises are added on a continual basis to keep things interesting.
It is also a social networking site like MySpace and Facebook where you can connect with like-minded people – all trying to get in better shape. It’s like having a workout buddy who helps you be accountable to your own fitness and wellness goals.
Phil Weaver of Break Pal was very generous in giving me a full, non-expiring membership to this awesome program so I could go ahead and try it out. I love how the videos were broken down into 2 – 5 minute chunks of exercises which you can, by the way, do even on your suits! The exercises are not that complicated, but can get your heart rate fast, and oh so fun!
This program suits my lifestyle perfectly because I work in front of the computer all day long. Helps me get up from my desk and get my mom time on few minutes of cardio or stretching exercises. It also helps me feel better and greatly reduces the strain of sitting at the desk for long periods of time.
Now it is well known that exercise is cumulative. Exercising for three minutes every thirty minutes for an eight hour work day will give you the same results as doing a forty five minute aerobics class, without driving to the gym.
Now, I’m not the only one who got lucky in this deal because Phil has agreed to give away the same full, non-expiring membership he gave me to another five hot moms!

After an eight hour day with doing her exercises everytime she pops up you will have completed 45 minutes of exercise.
I learned that Liz Weaver has been an exercise specialist, fitness instructor, and martial arts instructor since 1997!!
def a good person to be leading this exercise program!
It’s a great program for all busy moms out there..They definitely have a good way of motivating someone to take a quick break and exercise during work time!
I work at my desk about 10 hour per day. Between that, my kids, housekeeping meals etc… I just don’t have anything left at the end of the day for exercising. With this program exercising for three minutes every thirty minutes for an eight hour work day will give you the same results as doing a forty five minute aerobics class, without driving to the gym.
This surly would help with the pounds that seem to be creeping on!
