Recent studies of older adults have shown that those who live a goal-driven life are 57 percent less likely to die during a five-year study compared to those who doesn’t have much direction in life. Having a purpose in life even appeared to improve the longevity of people with disabilities, depression, chronic medical conditions or financial difficulties.
So, does your life have meaning? An astounding YES is my answer to that. My purpose in life became clear to me when I became a mom. I’m a regular parent who wants to raise my children to be healthy, responsible, confident and successful individuals with a lot of respect for themselves, their family, other people, and life! Through constant research, and trainings, I have a lifetime commitment of empowering myself, not only to be the best parent I can be, but to reach my fullest potential and be the best individual I can be. Being a good role model is the most effective way of teaching, influencing, and nurturing my kids. I teach my children how to live by letting them watch me do it.
That is why I make taking care of myself a priority. That is why I work so hard raising a fit family. I take the concept of being young and fabulous to a deeper level. It’s not about being vain, it’s about physical and emotional well-being. So I can be there for my family and enjoy being there for them.
Having a purpose in life boost your emotional well-being, which in turn lower the risk for chronic disease. Work hard to stay young, active, and driven.
Want to live healthier and longer? Then you better have a really good idea of what you’re living for.

As you said, when we take care of our health we are enabling ourselves to do more for our families. When I think of the people that I love deeply I am very motivated to take care of myself.
Love is a great purpose and meaning in our lives.
Deep and true.
Blessings,
Eren

It’s great that your children are able to see the importance of health by watching you do it. As we all know, they learn best this way. Great job!
