iZumba On My Mom Time

So everyone’s curious about Zumba, including me. I went to a facility offering Zumba classes but their schedule wouldn’t fit with mine. But I still wanna try it, and I’m sure my hot mom community would love to try it too,  so I searched online and found a 20 minute Zumba Xpress from YouTube. It was fun, it got me sweatin’ and I love it! Until I’m able to find time to go to the gym, this, plus EA Sports Active More Workouts along with my other workout routines at home will have to do.

    Thanks for posting. A girlfriend of mine started doing it early in my pregnancy and wanted me to go but after thinking about it I’ll head with her to the studio after the baby.

    I love dancing! I wish there was a Zumba class locally. I will defenitely be trying this sometime this week!

    My 15 yo daughter has the dvds. She loves it and has a lot of fun with it. It’s a killer workout. She said “Don’t let your beginning awkwardness stop you from doing it. You will get better.”

    And she’s really slimmed down and toned up. She is a black belt in karate and had stopped practicing. She really loves being active and wanted to replace her karate activity. She loves it!

    I love it how you can find pretty much anything on youtube! My daughter does Zumba at the local gym, but I don’t think I could keep up with the pace. Thanks for the links! I think I’ll try this out at home before I join my daughter. Anyone know how long Zumba has been around? I feel like I’m recently hearing about it.

      It’s probably been a while. I’ve actually graduated from doing the videos to actually doing the class at Lifetime Fitness, and it’s much more fun and tiring! Get used to the videos first then you can start trying the actual live class. I guarantee you will love it!

    I love dancing too! I’m trying to find a studio in my area that’s affordable and has good reviews. Where’s Lifetime Fitness at? Is there one around the Southern California area?
