		<description>The board idea is fantastic.  I&#039;ve seen some treadmills (online) that are made with that purpose in mind - they have a very stable desk top - and I&#039;m pretty sure some of the people from the Gruve company use them.  Great way to up those steps and get to green (or 10K!)  Nice job, as always!

		<description>Hehehe... I was walking, not running.  Try it one time.  It&#039;s fun...  I usually get bored on the treadmill and I can&#039;t stand it.  But working while walking takes the boredom out of it, and getting those steps to 10K is just a breeze :-)
