I knew tea was good for you, but I had no idea!. Burn calories and improve health? Great!. What kind of tea do you like. I’m partial to green tea, but I’m going to try some white tea.

Mmmmm tea! I like tea!
I’m not real fond of the incredibly high levels of naturally occurring fluoride in teas that come from certain parts of the world, and I think that is something that we as avid tea drinkers have to watch, however.
