    Great information and reminders! I know I don’t drink enough water and I constantly tell myself I NEED to! It was my New Year’s Resolution and kiiiiiinda keeping to it. It’s just difficult for me because I’m never thirsty, or at least never feel thirsty. They also say room temperature water is better for us than cold..why is that?
